Luverly! I hope your daughter starts to enjoy the jucies too.At first they are a bit weird, a bit 'green' but you get used to them, like I said the secret is to use a good crapple base to keep em sweet. Be wary of the beetroot juice its a very powerful cleanser, start her off with only about a quarter of a beetroot, its sweet and turns your juice a lovely red colour.
If she's diabetic you do need to watch some juices but most are OK because its good sugar. You need to read the book I recommended
To juice things like spinach you need a really expensive juicer like one you can do wheatgrass in or you pack the chute with the machine off then add apple then pack in spinach then apple and then turn on the machine and juice slowly.
You obviously cant juice /avocados and its expensive to juice mangos to smoothies are the way to go.
Am definitely gonna try the beetroot with the crapple!!
Looks like brilliant blending to me. Perhaps we should introduce smoothies to Flr 6 Ed Building on your return.
