Cardiff might be a good place to work but the longer it is taking to hear anything the less likely I think it possible *sniff* (you'd think 3 weeks after applying I would have heard something, right?) Oh well, maybe its because I didn't have over 100 articles and multiple books!!!
Anya I would not panic.
Our place often takes months to respond. It depends on all sorts of daft things like getting together a suitable panel for the short listing.
