Obviously it is not just play station and computer games which some parents want to ban.
If a book is really popular then that needs to be slated too.
We know all about Harry Potter and how it turns kids evil. The pope has even spoken out against him. And he is usually very liberal of course.
Now we need to keep them away from Mark Haddon's foul book.

Rick Plouffe (can that be his real name?) should clearly be on any editorial board we set up and a key note speaker at the seminar series.. Maybe we could get the Pope too! Thank you Dr Joolz for helping me see how dangerous this reading thing can be..
Yep. The name is pretty hard to believe .. ..; but have you checked out the video footage on Monday's post? That too is incredible!
I gave in and watched it! I couldn't resist even though a little bit of me wanted to wait. But then I am too mean to read the HP books till they come out in paperback so the chances of lasting out without finding out who died were pretty remote..
anyway, it is truly amazing.. am going back to comment there too.
I would be really really mad if someone told my kid how it ended having queued for hours.
But then again I wouldn't queue!!
